We are offering classes for medical-marijuana patients and/or their caregivers. Only those who have photo ID issued by the State of NJ. tightly regulated medical-marijuana program will be allowed to register and have access to the class.
Just some of the cannabis culinary techniques you will learn include the correct cannabis oil breakdown, decarboxylation, the benefits of infused butter versus oil, how to store your infusion, and how to make cannabis calculations when cooking. We will learn how to make cannabis-infused sweets, chocolates and even gummy bears and worms.
The students are required to bring one ingredient -- one-eighth of an ounce of cannabis from one of New Jersey’s five licensed dispensaries, and it must be inside a container with an unbroken seal.
